With very few exceptions, MDCallU telehealth services are accessible from virtually anywhere that has an internet connection or U.S.-based phone number that can receive calls back.

CAN I USE MDCALLU WHEN I AM TRAVELING INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. In fact, one of the great benefits of having an MDCallU member plan is availability of care when you are traveling and cannot get to your primary care physician. Additionally, you must have a U.S. address and a U.S.-based phone number for the doctor to call back, at the time of consultation. Prescriptions are not available for international consultations.
